good diagnosis and options with good explanations
Dr Monaco was so wonderful throughout every step of my procedure. Always made me feel like I was his only patient!
I have used Dr Monaco for carpal tunnel surgery and rotator and labrum surgery he is absolutely wonderful and on the day of my surgery on Jan 17 2022 we had a bad snowstorm alot of surgery was cancelled but not mine,Dr Monaco was right there and it went as planned.if I ever need surgery or someone would ask for a reference it would definitely be Dr manaco and I highly recommend crystal clinic for anything,the staff is friendly from doctors ,nurses and the therapist good job all
He gives a clear explanation of the diagnosis, explains what to expect during and post surgery. He encourages any questions and concerns. All of this is done in an easy, conversational atmosphere that demonstrates his interest in his patients.
Overall the follow-up care he gave me was phenomenal
I had been through a lot of different treatments with another provider fore coming to Dr Monaco with no relief. The first time seeing Dr Monaco, I was able to describe all that I had been dealing with and he listened to it all which in turn he was able to determine immediately what was going on! This led to being able to determine best treatment and have had the most relief that I have felt in a long time!
Dr Monaco took time before the surgery to describe what the problem was and how it would be repaired. It went very well, I could feel the difference immediately. No problems, no complaints!
From day one meeting Doctor Monaco and Michelle, his secretary, I received top notch, informative, effective patient care, including pre-op, surgery, post op. I am so thrilled with the results of my surgery. I could not be more satisfied with a doctor or his performance of surgery. Doctor Monaco is Wonderful !!!
dr monaco did a wonderful job on my shoulder repair and he has great communication skills on top of that. he has a way of explaining procedures in terms that can be understood by anyone. his great smile and concern for my care was much appreciated and he had great things to say about the other physicians and crystal clinic as a whole. i know that this facility and this staff will always be my go to for any other ortho related issues in my future
