Natera labs came back with a result of 'Atypical'. Telling an first time expecting mother that without providing any additional information is terrible practice!. The genetic counselor had to call the lab to get more details and found out that the only result which was "Atypical" was for Chromosome 21; however, the entire Panorama report indicated "Atypical" for all fields. After not hearing from them for weeks, I was told there was a problem with my test and it would need to be redone. I had already paid for the test and they said they would do a redrawn and refund me. They did the redrawn. I had to hound them for results and the refund. Months later, I was billed for the test again...

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We recently used Natera to do genetic testing for our third IVF cycle because they cooperated with our insurance for a portion of the bill. Both previous cycles, we paid the bill in full after receiving results from the test. I was called by the billing department on January 9th but needed to transfer funds in order to pay my invoice which by the way had no due date on it. I really didn't appreciate Natera's customer service/billing approach. After my test was done, they called to let me know my out of pocket estimate based on my insurance. They said I could also not go through my insurance and pay them a slightly lower amount. I had already called my insurance for an out of pocket estimate and was given a much lower amount than what Natera was telling me. There are a scam! Incompetent idiots! They did my labs and after 2 weeks they said that they couldn't run the results due to issues with the sample. I did the bloodwork again and I waited another 2 weeks and they said that they didn't run it at all due to problems with the sample. So I waited a month and got nothing. Hopefully I wont get a bill for their scam. Dont use their services cuz its useless.

Stay away from this company. They are scammers. They will send you invoice with different amount and charge different amount. I'm filling lawsuit against them and contacting better business bureau.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Deceptive business practices. Say one price and charge a different outrageous price. Stay away!!

With the number of diseases on the rise, we decided to opt for stem cell banking so secure our child against any future issues he might face. We opted for the Evercord service. It was fairly simple. We informed our doctor about our plans, gave them the kit Natera had given us and got it picked up after the birth. We feel much better having secured our child’s future health.

We informed our doctor about our plans, gave them the kit Natera had given us and got it picked up after the birth. We feel much better having secured our child’s future health.
