Nate was very professional and explained his real estate niche and how he found out about our property via the probate court, allowing me plenty of time to determine that he was a well rated legitimate realtor. He is an excellent communicator (via phone, text and emails) and one face to face Zoom call to discuss renovation vs selling options was extremely reassuring. Nate obtained an offer that was $50K over expected and the entire process went very smoothly over a mutually agreed upon timeline. I highly recommend him!

We live out of state, so getting the house in shape to sell was going to be hard work. We had tried working with a different realtor, but we didn't have any luck. We later switched to Nate. He knew what needed to get done, was able to find the right contractors to fix the place up, and we ended up selling the place faster, and for a higher price, than we expected.
