We live out of state, so getting the house in shape to sell was going to be hard work. We had tried working with a different realtor, but we didn't have any luck. We later switched to Nate. He knew what needed to get done, was able to find the right contractors to fix the place up, and we ended up selling the place faster, and for a higher price, than we expected.

I can’t thank Nate enough for his help in selling the house at Aylford Ct, Austin. Trying to sell a house in a state you don’t live in can be a daunting task. Nate is an amazing realtor! He helped me buy my first house in Austin and was there from start to finish. It was a great experience moving from out of state, he had tons of local knowledge not just about the neighborhoods but about the best things to check out while we were in town, from bbq to a comedy show.
