Safe environment, wonderful owner
I have been renting for a year to date and was just notified a break in at the fitst if lasr month is reason to force me out and threaten me to sell my belongings. Paid faithfuly up to current. The payment box on premisis ie not on sight any longer. This is inhumane treatment and breach of contract even if payment is late, law has set late fees before evicting and threarning
Small storage rental in my home town. Payments drop iff box, money order by mail, hand deliver at local office, and when there is an issue.... Just call. Storage is dry and accessable.

They have great security surveillance to let you know if you know if you forgot to lock your storage unit
