Chapion A/C provided a biannual service on my system. Zac the technician provided Old Fashion Customer Sevice. Zac was very professional, courteous, informative, and provided excellent service. He is definitely what I expect from Champion A/C.
Showed up fast, went straight to work and was very informative. Answered all my questions and even gave recommendations. Never pushed products, warranties or anything on me as most do nowadays. That is a huge plus in my book. I would definitely recommend the company based on the prompt phone calls to verify we were home, letting us know they would be here within 45 minutes depending on traffic, the worker that took his job seriously and was very respectful

69# tune up is scam. Was simply low on Freon- 3k worth of work was not needee

I highly recommend Jaime G., the comfort advisor for Champion AC. He was very professional and polite. It was nice that he asked me several questions about what I was looking for in the new system. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the systems and how a replacement of my old (26 years) Trane with a new Trane would be done and the changes that would be needed to accommodate the new system.
