Critical: Professionalism Half eaten breakfast burrito left on one side of my drive way and on the other side, barf; that's right vomit in my drive way. Destroyed the base board under the air handler closet, left a two foot mark and gouge on the wall adjacent to the air handler closet, ran into the hallway wall with hand cart and left tire tracks on the flat paint. I was notified about the complaint at around 1130 this morning. We stopped what we were doing. Went back to the residence. Upon arrival we looked at the damage. The wall did have a long scratch on and the baseboard was damaged on the floor. I offered to have my painter come by and take care of the damage. Homeowner told me that they were done dealing with me. I asked what I had done and I was asked to leave so I did. I offered to have the damage repaired and I was asked to leave. That's it that is what happened. Steve D****

Great customer service. Answered all questions and concerns very clearly. Listened to everything we were interested in, and built our estimate around that. If we go with with Champion AC it will be because of Hamie Garcia.

Our serviceman was a very pleasant young man. Explained everything he was doing. Changed the filter. Checked the date on the UV light. Recommended we get a new one before 2 years. Flushed the condensation pipe. Blew out all the leaves from the outdoor unit. Checked all the electronics and refrigerant. Left everything neat and the way he found it. We like Champion A/C very much and will continue to use them.
