Crispy is love personified. I walked in looking for bouquets for my oldest and their partner who were getting married at City Hall. Crispy and her sister dropped everything and made the most beautiful bouquets, insisted on making me a corsage as well, and then had her husband drive me to City Hall. It was a magical moment that made a spectacular day even more magical.
Best florist in SF. Crispy's love is infectious. I am so delighted to have found her!!!
I am disappointed in how late the arrangement was delivered. This is not the first time an arrangement was delivered late. I understand during holidays it can get busy however it’s not fair to the recipient waiting all day.
First rate customer service, professional but very personable, and a sweet family business well worth supporting! I literally ran down to this tiny shop for a last minute bouquet for my sister’s City Hall marriage ceremony. (The florist I planned on visiting on the way turned out to be closed on a Monday morning.) I panted in the door at Natalini and asked if they had dahlias, which I knew my sister likes.
