Horrible - they charged me cash price- even when I had told them I have an insurance. They said they will take the cash since there’s no one to process in the office and they had promised me that they will take care of it the next day and return the cash. It’s been over a month and a half since I visited. Every time I call, there’s a new receptionist and they said they will take care of it - they never did.
No recomiendo, no saben que estan haciendo ahi. Busquen otra segunda opinion. Do not recommend at all, very disappointed with the treatment, look for a second opinion.
Very disappointing experience. I went to Emerald Eye Center (Dr. Natalia Tilki) after double-checking with them that they accepted my UnitedHealthcare PPO insurance. They confirmed over the phone that I was covered and told me to come in — no issues mentioned. it is like going to a factory. Saves yourself
All I needed/asked for was a prescription for glasses! Dr Tilki continually ignored my request(s) and had me return a dozen times, each time I was put through their thorough sequence of eye tests. I felt she was needlessly charging my (medi-cal) insurance. I finally had to get my carrier Blue Shield involved after over a year of needless visits.
