I had been going to see Dr. Nataki for 10+ years. The past few years things have gone downhill. Every time I go for an annual, they charge me for an office visit which then requires me to pay extra for labwork+co-pay. I also have 3 years worth of issues that never got handled. I could never get an appointment between my yearly visit. Severe lack of communication. She also no showed on a televisit. Very disappointed
Dr. Hollingsworth is special. She took time to hear my concerns and actually took action to improve my health and quality of life. She has proven to be compassionate, knowledgeable, and present. Often times, doctors seem to be in a hurry to simply get to the next room to bill the next insurer. That wasn’t the case here. I actually felt heard, respected, and cared for. She is the type of doctor that I wish for all of us, especially women of color.
I love Dr. Hollingsworth, she is very attentive, professional, and goes above and beyond to assure that you get the best care. If there is something that is out of her scope of practice she has no problem consulting a colleague.
