Just had my Camry in for 15,000 mile service. As always staff is friendly, service is great and did not have to wait long. Appreciate the car wash each time. This is my third lease car from Nassief and I can’t say enough about my salesman, Joey Streets and the excellent customer service I receive each time.
I have been here in Jefferson for almost 2 hours just to get my oil changed. It is ridiculous that this simple maintenance takes 2 hours. I have never had an oil change take this long. My husband usually does our oil changes and it only takes him 45 minutes at the most. I did not want to spend my day off sitting at some dealership for an oil change!!! Maybe because this a complimentary oil change is the reason it is taking forever. ALSO...for some reason my seat was not set back to the position I had and the heat was turned ... read more
