Sold me a car with a bad transmission! !! Wouldn't even look at if for less than $150.00. Found a mechanic that said transmission fluid had lucas transmission additive in it. Said the transmission was bad for awhile. Even though it was a used car, four years old, that was not cool Nassief!
Bought a car 2 years ago asked them to do a car fax the sales person did one told me nothing happened, I then bought my car and then today I found out their was a accident and the air bags went off!!!! Definitely would not go back and would not recommend them!!!
All around great service and cars! � My salesman was Mike, he was able to help me get approved for a car and the process was not only stress free but I was able to get the car I wanted. I just want to give a special shoutout to Mike Zappitell - our AWESOME sales rep at Nassief Ford Toyota Hyundai in Jefferson, Ohio. Yes, they are about an hour from Cleveland, but well worth the drive! This man moved mountains to make sure I was able to get the one vehicle I had my eye on and now he made sure my daughter got a new ride!
