Great deal for the price! – If you see the reviews on trip advisor's website you will see that for the for the price you're paying you are getting a good deal! They did a great job with the remodeling a couple of years ago! We went there for our anniversary get away for 4 days! They don't have the One King Bed Studio anymore that's why we ended up getting the 2 Queen Bed Studio! The studio is a great size, the tv on the wood panel that spins between the bed area and kitchen is awesome, tha full furnish kitchen was great too!... read more
Coolly elegant amid the craziness of the beach. – The Scene This 1936 all-suite hotel is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It's so subdued and elegant, particularly in the context of the surrounding South Beach area, that it's possible to walk by it without noticing it. Very Nice!!! – I had an excellence experience at this Hotel. The one bedroom suite I rented was like a large one bedroom apartment. The sq. footage is triple the space you will receive for a comparable price. Parking is conveniently located next door. The beach is right around the corner. Better suited for couples and people who enjoy space and/or peace and quiet.
Faking it as a luxury hotel – We stayed here because it seemed like a bargain for what sounded like a super nice hotel when we found a cheap internet rate. You get what you pay for and less here. Our "king bed" was two cheap beds pushed together, the bathroom was AWFUL, & we were right next to the noisey alley (and this was one of the nicest).
