Highly disappointed that as a disabled veteran purchasing my first home, a brand new home built by Nason homes that the air conditioning unit that was installed doesn’t not cover the square footage of my home. Now I am trying to figure out how to come up with thousands of dollars to fix my problem. I have triplets and in this economy everything is extremely expensive and this is not an issue I should have had to deal with if they only put the correct size until in my home.
I just closed another newly built home with Nason, and they were great to work with. Bryce communicated well, the walk throughs were productive and seemless, and the process overall has been great. It has only been a couple of weeks, but so far no complaints from my clients! I highly recommend looking into a Nason home if you are looking for a new build.
Had the pleasure of working with Bryce Bartow and Nason Homes for the first time. Our Veteran buyer was using his VA mortgage benefit to purchase a home. We were on a short time to close due to our client's relocation. Some times there can be delays with new construction and VA build docs that are required. Not in this case, Bryce jumped in and got us the documents we needed and was there to help every step of the way. We purchased a house built by Nason Homes in Clarksville, and while the aesthetics and floor plan are well-designed, there are significant issues that overshadow the positives. The slab foundation was not raised enough, causing standing water in the driveway and the sides of the house. Our neighbors' homes, which were built by another builder are properly elevated.
