BRAD was truly great, stayed in touch with me over 3 months with the progress of our new SUNSEEKER. Brad definitely represents the “FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS” in a very professional way. NEAL on the other hand is the one who will show up at the transaction and try to find an excuse to give you less trade in on your vehicle. He doesn’t represent the FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS in a very good way. If he’s family I’d find him another job.
We bought a travel trailer from Nashville RV last week. The process was great, and the RV (used) looked so good when we picked it up. It was actually amazing how much they had cleaned up and fixed from when we saw it to when we drove it home. They spent hours going over each button and how everything worked before sending us on our way. Great experience buying from Nashville RV. Straight talk, no games, delivered on everything promised. Owner is actively involved in daily operations, sales rep was great on details and communications.
Everyone I have met here has been wonderful to work with. Today Nathan got me fixed up and ready to roll on under 1 hour. I can call them when I'm out on the road if I can't figure something out. Great place to do business with!
