Jeff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. He understood what we were looking for. He earned our trust and our business. It was a pleasant experience all around.
They tricked my elderly mother into giving them our family airstream after my dad passed away .. , when we got it back , they had stolen my late father's 9mm glock hidden in it . ,. And stole the power cord out of it , and gave us a cheap useless cord in return.. also made us pay 1900 dollars to get it back .. because they said they fixed a few things on it .
We have had 2 experiences with the service department at Nashville RV after moving to Franklin this year. Both experiences were exceptional. They did the work when scheduled and explained everything that was needed. They actually worked us in for the emergency repair so we would not have to cancel our trip. The price was very fair for the work done. As long as we live in middle Tennessee, Nashville RV will be the only service department I will use.

After traveling to Byron, Ga from upstate NY (a 2-day drive) to purchase a used Outdoor RV trailer , we walk away after looking at it for 5 minutes (the condition was poor, we were very disappointed at this point). On the morning of our 2nd day of travel I found on RVTrader that Nashville RV also had a used Outdoor RV for sale as well, so the morning that we got our deposit back from CW on the first travel we headed north to Franklin and we got a return call from Nashville RV that the unit was available, This was on a Thursd... read more
