I gave one star only there was nothing left to give. They do not care about animals while we brought our little dog in in dire condition we should have been told there was nothing else they could do. I'm sure they knew this when we brought him in but instead they charged us $3,500. While turning away a Dalmatian who could have been saved. he had eaten rat poison but because the owner had no money to pay they turned away the suffering animal to die a painful death and the owner in tears. I want to give a shout out to the kind folks at Rivergate Emergency Clinic. My lab Destin was hit by a car on Friday and arrived there in critical condition with two collapsed lungs. After a day and half I got a call from the doctor saying he needed to be moved to Blue Pearl Hospital in Franklin b/c they were more equipped to handle his situation. Came in at midnight with a sick cat. They were excellent in their treatment and care. I will definitely recommend them to any pet owners.
