A HUGE grateful shout-out to Dr. Phipps and the techs. Our Bueller was hit by a car after getting out of the fence and suffered only the best possible outcome—he will heal and be ok. Their communication and calm in an emotional crisis was perfect and their compassion and patience towards my pup who becomes fear-aggressive at the vet, was SO appreciated.
What an amazing place this is! The kindness and compassion that the staff extended to us was first rate.

Bringing your pet to the ER is never a happy time. However , both times I had to the staff was all around awesome! The doctors are honest and truthful. The establishment was clean and I will never go to a different pet ER ever. Although price should never be an issue, in reality it is, they are not any higher priced than my vet.
