The staff is amazing. Took great care of our Harper and were so sweet!
Answered every question I had. They were very understanding and did their best to take care of our baby girl who is doing much better thanks to Dr. Boyd and the wonderful staff.
Not a very good experience there, dog was critical couldn't get updates up front and when they did were very vague. Couldn't get enough information to decide if we needed to put dog to sleep. When I asked to speak directly with vet, because I was tired of second hand information,front desk employee became upset with me so he passified me by putting me in a treatment room alone for 45 min. I would like to extend my most sincere thanks to the folks here at Rivergate for their prompt attention, professionalism, and kindness when we had to take Fang in on Saturday March 4, 2017. You helped our boy be comfortable and pain free, and were compassionate with us during a most difficult time. Thank you.
The staff at the clinic were very thorough with regards to our options when addressing the dire situation with our pet. They showed great concern and caring throughout the entire process and took the time to explain the options to us. Their assistance in allowing us to take the time needed to make a very difficult decision was greatly appreciated. Thanks to both Daniel and Dr. Reed for your compassion during this difficult time.
Had to take my dog here at 10pm and the very fact that you are only open when "our" vets are closed is awesome. Dr. Boyd was pretty awesome as all the staff was. I feel like they recommended a few things that were not absolutely needed so we declined those options but for an emergency the cost is great and affordable and the care was great.
