I had a great experience here with knee surgery. Dr Jones was great along with his staff.
My experience with Nashville Knee and Shoulder has been nothing short of perfect. The staff is super attentive and friendly. The visit was incredibly fast (90 minutes from start to finish and that includes X-rays and a trip around the corner for an MRI) but very thorough. Dr. Pagnani was wonderful. He gave me a very detailed explanation of my issue and exactly how to treat it and what to expect from the surgery beginning to end. My husband is a patient of Dr. Pagnani. He had a complete ACL reconstruction. Since our first meeting, Dr. Pagnani and staff have been thorough, communicative, caring, and professional.
