I'd give 0 stars if possible. From out of state and called about a new pickup in stock. Salesman seemed nice enough, told him I had a trade, sent pictures and information. Over 10K in equity for a trade. forwarded my information to the GM who in turn sent me a buyer's order with no mention of my trade? That was Thursday of last week. Salesman calls me on Saturday to see what's up. Told him and he said GM would be in at 3 and he'd get this fixed. Currently financed with Ford.It's Tuesday morning and nothing. Easy Buying Experience.Sales Person Tevin was Super Professional and Friendly as well as Knowledgeable about the auto. The Sales Manager Crystal was Super as well, took the time to explain it All. They both made it feel like I was dealing with someone known to me. Would recommend the Dealership .
