We purchased a vent-free gas log system from Nashville Fireplace and Josh came out this afternoon to install it. He removed our old gas logs and did an excellent job cleaning the fireplace and installing our new logs. He also gave us a detailed explanation of the logs and use of the remote. Josh was friendly and professional and we are so appreciative of his good work!

My spouse and I shopped around to multiple different places. We had a warm welcome and great experience with Nick, he was not pushy at all, rather informative and helpful. We not only received the lowest pricing for purchase but also installs were included and both gentleman were on time and very helpful to answer questions as well.
