Here is my experience so take it for what it's worth. On Saturday 3-8-25, I went to Nashville Fireplace and other places researching and gathering quotes for a new grill. I met Nick Bradley within minutes of entering the store. Nick was very professional and showed me a variety of grills and explained in detail some of the differences. Repairment are very professional.
Both incompetent and expensive. My gas logs only worked above 32 degrees. After hiring Nashville Fireplace and 5 service visits, it no longer works at all. Aaron assured me that we could get it fixed and then ghosted me. Will not return phone calls or schedule a repair time. DO NOT HIRE NASHVILLE FIREPLACE FOR ANYTHING.
From the first contact to the completion of the work, the service was impeccable.
