These people were the WORST! I went & had an eye exam & questioned what was the one non-green result: NO ANSWER FROM DR O'NEIL! Then went & selected glasses ($630.70!) for NOTHING SPECIAL!. They arrived & DIDN'T WORK WELL AT ALL! When I complained after 5 minutes Dr McNeil decided to refund my $ with NO EFFORT TO RESOLVE ON THEIR PART! Then I sent an email with IMPORTANT EYE HEALTH QUESTIONS to Dr McNeil, he IGNORED & referred me to a Lasik pal!!! I've since been to Costco Optical, for $250 GREAT GLASSES & SERVICE. Nothing negative to say - the doctor is good, the staff is friendly, the office is nice, and I could not be happier with my glasses. They worked with me to find a frame that I liked in my budget and I can SEE!
Purchased a new pair of eyeglasses here. Unfortunately the frame was bent when I went to pick them up. I pointed this out and the response I got given was "well you picked out cheap frames". They made no attempt to straighten them or fit them to my face. I left with some 'new' bent glasses. I can hardly recommend them as a good business nor will I ever go there again. Apparently my glasses didn't reach their price threshold for appropriate service.
I highly recommend this place! The office staff are friendly and helpful! The remodel came out beautiful and Dr. O'Neil is great! Try it, you will have a great experience!

I had been going to some sketchy place in Leominster since high school, but now that I have a better vision plan (VSP) I had to find a "grown up doctor"!
