Neurologist is ok, he does his job. The office staff are one of the worst in the industry. If you call their office and leave a voicemail, don't expect to get a return call. Just call them back until they pick up. Also, if your child's SP, OT, or PT sends over a fax to get a signature for treatment continuation, the office staff will probably not do their job of checking the fax machine, until you call multiple times to complain.
