I have been coming here for a few years now. I really like the dentists (I always get the two of them confused on who is who, but they are both awesome). MOST of their staff is quite friendly except for the main receptionist who I have found to be rude and insulting since my very first visit. I am (unfortunately) one of those patients that is often late and occasionally forgets their appointments.While I realize this is not ideal I also work in a doctor's office and you will have these types of patients. Yes, it was convenient Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
