I was never really a fan of having to wait for a dentist appointments. Most of the time Patients/CUSTOMERS wait for significant periods of time with out ever hearing an apology for doing so. Today I called Dr. Nase and told the receptionist that I called ten minutes ago and no one answered. I had a 4:45 appointment and was stuck in traffic after giving myself 20min to go 5 miles. The receptionist told me I would have to be there in 5 minutes or re-schedule. Clearly this dentist office cares very little about the fact that my... read more
