This was the worst experience ever!!! Go to any of the other tracks in the Smokies! Not enough employees for the amount of people they are letting in the park. When the manager was approached about this, she said sorry we have an employee shortage and it was communicated on social media. I looked and didn’t find ANYTHING stating this. I did however see that they were suppose to screen guests upon entry. They did not at all, so if they are not screening guests, I assume they are not screening employees either. We were visiting pigeon forge for a family vacation from Michigan. We had a group of 10 riders and 7 family members that just wanted to tag along, it was a great family day!! For the cost of the wristband, we got unlimited go-cart rides, mini golf, rock climbing wall and carnival rides!!! The kids and adults had a blast!! We were able to eat lunch there for a reasonable price, we also left the property for dinner and went back in the evening to play golf & ride more!!
