RecommendedIt is a great place however with so many customer's they need more than 1 cash register open in the restaurant. Very long wait time. Been twice and it was like this both times. The putt putt area needs some work also.
Was fun overall we did not have all day to spend there so the unlimited pass for $25 a piece did not pay off for us.We were there 2 hrs and only got to ride twice. It was busy but also need more help getting people buckled in maybe a training class? Also our Operator ran his but off fixing wrecks. Need more operators for smoother transition or some belts that are easier to Adjust. Biggest problem I seen is when you have a young man 4ft 6 and 85 pounds get out and a 6ft 2 and 225 get in the same cart there is a lot of adjusti... read more

Unfortunately, employment is an issue in this community when the high school and college students return to school and the foreign students head home. We are not the only business along the Parkway struggling to come up with a solution. We had so much fun. The whole experience was great. Arcade games are wayyyyy over priced and prizes are low quality. But we were super impressed with the staff being so helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have enough staff to run the larger go carts and we were unable to ride them ���

We face the same staffing issues that many businesses in the Smokies face once the high school and college students return to school and are constantly looking for a solution.
Me and my son spent the entire day there, and we had a blast!! It is truly the best deal in the Smokies!!
