What a horrible experience at the @nascarcarwash @nascar_carwash @nascarcarwashfl 😡 Not only did their machine literally rip the factory running light off the hood, not only snapping metal screws in half and ripping through the fiberglass but they blame it ALL on the fact that the truck is over ten years old!!! Very unprofessional personnel, with the exception of literally, one gentleman. Members Lane often closed. One day I came and vacuums were off, not just the normal side closest to the bowling alley. My sticker suddenly stopped working a couple of months ago, and it took three separate visits of having to wait for someone to come out to my car and ask the same questions before it was replaced. For getting the top of the line wash I was disappointed the car wasn’t cleaned completely and the wheels were haphazardly shined with quite a bit missed. I’d say it was similar in comparison to a wash at those you find at gas stations for less money. Overall not impressed.
Put a scratch on my door and a cluster of little scratches above my door/window by the roof. And no they were 100% not there before. I just got the car and it was flawless. It was 100 % their washer

RecommendedMichael was great!!! Wasn’t happy that all the bugs didn’t come off so he showed me where the bug station was and let me go thru again to get all the bugs off!!
Great car wash, only problem is the fickle touchscreen menu.
