If you value your car don’t use their wash. It will ruin your vehicle and they won’t do anything about it. Horrible way to do business
A buddy of mine but is truck through the car wash and the car wash ripped his antenna off and put a big hole in his truck. The car was employee on scene after it will be fine to send the truck through with it on. Now they’re claiming they will not pay to get it fixed. This place is overpriced and they charge you for towels as well. I sent my car through and showed them it didn’t clean it well. They said you can send it back through and pay again. DO NOT SUPPORTS THIS SH*THOLE COMPANY!!!
Shady people with no accountability!
this is what happens to your vehicle if you go here... one amongst a bunch of complaints that have been taken down.. worse, they refused to pay stating it wasn't their fault
Great if you have a large truck, Jeep or SUV. definitely getting a membership.
Mnagement is rude. Tried to hide the fact my car was damaged while going through the wash, by picking up the part and leaving it in the office. Told someone would get back to me in a few days and I was not the only car going through the wash. Left my car in danger of electrical damage if water gets into the tail light. Tomorrow morning calling corporate office. If you value your car do not use this car wash.
Love this place. The manager and staff are fantastic. The equipment is state of the art. I started out with a membership for myself now we have 3 (everyone in my household has one). The products are well thought out and you never feel like you are getting anything you don’t need or paying for more than you’re getting. Plus they always have coupons for first timers 😊 I highly recommend it.
From all the comments I just read, doesn't sound like a place I want to take my car😫
