Hello friends, I really don’t know where to start with this pathetic credit union and its process. I was solicited to apply and encourage to complete the NASA credit union account application process. This establishment asked me for my personal information, residence, employment, banking, legal documents like drivers licenses, passport etc, which I did to wait 30 plus day to receive an email to upload the same legal documents again, waited past 90 days to receive another email saying they are running behind due to the amount... read more
They are impossible to reach. You cannot reach them via chat, email, or messaging until you become a member. I applied for a membership to lock in a cd rate. They did not get back to me on approving my application for more than a week, so I was not able to get that cd rate. I had to call many times and be on hold for more than an hour and no one was able to tell me why it was taking so long. I went with Bask instead because they answer the phone.
BEWARE!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst credit union that I have ever worked with. The employee so rude, impolite, and unprofessional. Customer service is not their priority. The employees will scream at you and hang up when you voice your opinion.
I’ve been a member for over 20 years not to mention I’ve brought in 6 people to this place in which two of them are now gone and I can completely understand. I recently went in NASA (September 2, 2025) approximately 11 am, and the woman at the front desk was so unwelcoming and just rude. That’s the second time I’ve experienced that from her.
