Hello, Unfortunately my son was found deceased in his car. I contacted NASA for direction to help resolve his open account and they retrieve the car from my driveway. Very unprofessional they lacked empathy and any type of sympathy for a grieving mother. I felt the racism from the phone. The supervisor ask why do I want the car… the nerves.
