Hello, Unfortunately my son was found deceased in his car. I contacted NASA for direction to help resolve his open account and they retrieve the car from my driveway. Very unprofessional they lacked empathy and any type of sympathy for a grieving mother. I felt the racism from the phone. The supervisor ask why do I want the car… the nerves. Don't trust these people. My loan was down to $18,000 and when I refinanced with NASA the loan turned into $24,205.97. I was stupid and did not ask enough questions. They rush you through the process hoping you dont read the agreement contract. They tack on extra fees which are thousands of dollars.
