Don't trust these people. My loan was down to $18,000 and when I refinanced with NASA the loan turned into $24,205.97. I was stupid and did not ask enough questions. They rush you through the process hoping you dont read the agreement contract. They tack on extra fees which are thousands of dollars.
I love this bank. They are very helpful!
This place sucks big time. Moved all my banking to another institution and only use my accounts here as a 3rd backup. Nothing ever works as it should and responses take forever to be returned. Cant even use my credit card that I have with them. Very weird placce going downhill fast. And I've been with them for about 20 years!
