It is disappointing and sad to write a review like this about a local small business, but our experience with Steve & Bec Hirst at Flawless Landscaping & Narellan Pools needs to be shared. The quality of work and customer service is simply not up to standard of their "Flawless" name. After a premium project cost / budget, works were overdue, and quality is very substandard. Examples include: - Decking boards not screwed into joists - Block walls cracking after 6 months - Tiles not mortared and came loose - Irrigation did not... read more
We've recently had a pool installed & handover has been completed. We considered 3 or 4 pool companies before deciding to go with Narellan Pools, Bendigo. From the very 1st inquiry to final handover, Steve & Bec were brilliant to deal with. They offer a complete solution including landscaping & fencing. The entire team maintained a professional level of service throughout the process. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to build their dream pool.
