If you don't have a disability and can drive when ever where ever, the chaos of appointment scheduling won't be a problem for you.
He was very arrogant and abrupt and did not explain things well and didn’t even seem to understand the condition I’ve seen multiple doctors for.
Extremely poor and unacceptable service on scheduling appointments. They make you leave messages and no one calls back! If you are desperate and looking for help with your pain related issues, please find another doctor! Good Luck!!!
He is an excellent doctor But there are problems within the office my opinion. If you are considering being a new patient I would think hard, as a long time patient I don't usually like doctors and I like him so I have a problem. I am Tri-care and his staff waited till 4 days prior to my appointment which is 1 month late due to being in the hospital n being sick. Every other appt they have done a record review and issue meds This time they couldn't due to "descrepancy" with pee test, it didn;t have the amount of meds prescri... read more
As always my visit was very pleasant and productive. Dr. Gonzalez is very knowledgeable and capable and understands what needs you convey to him. PA Kristy McCoy, a very valuable part of his teem is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. With a very pleasant support staff it makes the whole visit smooth. Thanks Doc.
Dr Gonzalez and staff have been very efficient and kind, Dr. Gonzalez is efficient, personable and really understands the needs of his patients. I have felt well cared for by him and his team. I am very grateful to have found this physician that can adapt my care as needed.
I love my Doctor, Gonzalas he is patient, kind and hears what I’m saying!!! He does not send anyone else in!! Except the sweetie who takes my temp and blood pressure, Dr Gonzalas Hears what your talking about with the pain, I only pray he were into day as I’m so much in pain with my back I’m in severe pain! . And won’t be able to call until office is open on Tuesday I should have called when the back pain started up on Thursday! I’ve been in such awful pain my back usually is more in my knees
been seeing thus doctor for two years. im not a surgery candidate but he has managed my pain as best as can be done. dont know where id be. the pain is debilitating
