I went in for a last check up on my chronic mallet finger, which mind you isn’t any better since having my surgery in December. WC wanted me back to work anyways so Dr Napolitano released me without caring about my hand still in a lot of pain. I work 3 weeks and I injured my right shoulder because I have hardly any strength in my left hand because of my injury to my hand. I love how she listens and explains what is wrong with your hands. I have trigger finger in both hands. She has been giving me shots for months but now it’s time to take the next step and have her do surgery. I see her on the 18th. I wouldn’t trust anyone but her to do my surgery.

She rushed into diagnosing and performing surgery on my finger. Not only did my problem not go away, but the healing process took almost 7 months instead of the 8 weeks she initially told me. The stitching from the surgery was poorly done, and I still experience pain in that area. During my last visit, she told me she didn’t know why this was happening or why my finger looked the way it does. To me, that felt like she was saying, 'Goodbye!'

The office complex is very easy to locate in Lexington. Ample parking. The reception and check-out staff were very friendly. The medical staff were also great. Dr. Napolitano was friendly and a straight shooter. I've been a Nurse since '96. Mostly ED and ICU in both Level 1 Trauma Centers and "Band-aid" stations. The day of Surgery went exceptionally well also. Day after I am having no pain and doing exactly as instructed btw!!!!

I came in the office with a shattered wrist, I have never experienced so much pain. The team was very understanding, compassionate and very gentle while x-raying my wrist. They scheduled me for surgery two days later. I am still recovering but the staff here is amazing! They even check in to see how you are doing afterwards. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and will be in the years to come. I am super impressed!! Karen Barber

My mother received an injection treatment last year, administered by Dr. Napolitano, to help manage pain in her hand. My mother verbalized that she was in pain due to the procedure. However, Dr. Napolitano ignored the cries of her patient, my mother, and continued to push the needle deeper into her hand tissue with no concern for her expression of pain. Please do better!

Dr Napolitano is wonderful! I found her to be very friendly unlike some reviews here. I have severe arthritic pain in both thumbs plus beginning Dupuytrens contracture in right hand. After receiving injections in both thumbs, my pain disappeared like magic! I would definitely recommend her for any hand problems. Her entire office staff are super friendly. Excellent Covid precautions when applicable.

Dr. Napolitano is a brilliant surgeon, brimming with well-deserved and hard-earned confidence that immediately puts her patients at ease, with such a caring and calming bedside manner. She performed surgery last month to repair a comminuted fracture of my wrist, and I told her at my follow-up appt yesterday that I wish I could entrust all my body parts to her! She is absolutely everything you would hope to find in a medical professional. I feel so blessed to have been in her care!

Exceptional physician. Knows her craft Office staff superb
