Dr. Napoli took time to make sure everything was clear and we understood the recovery time. His staff was very courteous and helpful, and we never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room for an appointment!

I went to Dr Napoli last year My first visit I had to wait over an hour. .The staff was not informing me about the delay and seems pretty unconcerned. He was rushed and said he knew what I needed. After surgery, my stitches opened because he used only 6 and I was told to move the toe. Still in pain, I asked for a catscan. He said he didn't know why I was in pain still and never called back with results. I got the results from the radiologist after that dr spoke to Napoli. Dr Napoli never called

My encounter with Dr. Napoli was terrible. He came in looking rushed and disheveled, then had one foot out the door the entire time. He responded rudely when asked to use layman's terms. He basically said there was nothing to be done about my case, so when I insisted there must be he became irked, shrugged and said flippantly, "I don't know what to tell you". Thankfully, I did not take his word and found a professional who would look at my scans for more than 2mins before saying I was hopeless.

The office staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr. Napoli was very efficient while also being caring and friendly. He looked me in the eye, listened to the history, and examined my ankle with care. Tests were taken in the office, he ordered medication directly with my pharmacy, and he gave me clear instructions. The practice is technologically modern with a warm feel that comes from the people who work there. I would absolutely recommend this physician and this office.
