I was absolutely impressed with the overall first time visit experience. You certainly do all the little things that make you stand out above other offices. Thanks for making me feel comfortable!
The office was very well decorated and inviting. Everyone was extremely nice and that was refreshing. Some of the equipment used was pretty uncomfortable and somewhat painful, but there really isn't much the office can do to change that. Overall a great experience!

You have such a wonderful office and excellent staff. I really enjoyed my first visit. Providing the exam and X rays at no cost is extraordinary! Knowing ahead of time that the first visit would take a long time (to complete all of the X-rays) would have been nice.
Your entire staff does a great job. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Moreover, Dr. Carpenter does a great job. I was anticipating being in pain after the novacaine wore off. I had just an achy feeling much later in the day that was taken care of by 2 Motrin. I am much less apprehensive about my follow-up visits knowing that they won't be any worse than what I've already come through.
I Love Deanna My Hygienist. When I left to check out, Girl that was checking me out, got on phone. So I didn't know if I was done or not. She should have finished with me first. Lisa stepped up to take care of situation. And said I got to pick from a Drawing" you guys had going on. I Love Lisa too !!!!!!! Do you still give out Cookies ????"
Dr. Carpenter is great and takes time to LISTEN
Every one was great and i felt that they really cared about what I had to say
Good job!!! I always enjoy coming to get my teeth cleaned.
