The minute I walk in the door the smiling friendly staff members are waiting for me. It is always like coming home and I cannot wait to get there. Dr. Carpenter and his staff are such professionals.
the fact that you don't offer a payment plan that most people can work into their budget rather than a lump sum up front is why I wouldn't refer anyone. even on your paperwork it says affordable payment options, but when I asked the receptionist what those were she said oh no we don't have any, you have to pay in full. so yeah i'm looking for a different dentist. but we thought Tamia did a fantastic job.
I tell everyone who needs dont ever plan on going any where elsedental work to go to Dental excellence of napoleon they care about there patients and take the time to explain things,
Everyone was great as always. First time I actually enjoy going to the dentist. The entire staff make the visit enjoyable and comfortable:) Keep up the great work!
