My prescription at RITE-AID was called in by your office. Somebody gave them the wrong spelled name, and the pharmicist is having trouble filling the prescription. Our name is Hitts and Rite-Aid has Hipps name and my Birth Date listed with the wrong name. I paid for the Oral Health Care Savings Plan with our GM Health Savings Account VISA CARD My paper work says MASTERCARD Payment. From the start of my appointment time till it was completed, everyone was super nice and so very accommodating. JoAnne and Missy took care of me, they were very professional and made me feel very comfortable.
