My prescription at RITE-AID was called in by your office. Somebody gave them the wrong spelled name, and the pharmicist is having trouble filling the prescription. Our name is Hitts and Rite-Aid has Hipps name and my Birth Date listed with the wrong name. I paid for the Oral Health Care Savings Plan with our GM Health Savings Account VISA CARD My paper work says MASTERCARD Payment.
