I made an offer twice at what market value is for his car. I told them politely if you weren’t expecting my offer to not called or email me. Instead I received four different phone calls by four different people and as well as an email from some at this deal twice. And they lie when you ask questions about whether they brought in by auction or was it a trade in and or was it a vehicle they bought from someone that owned it and got rid of it? Very responsive to follow up on our inquiry. We ended up buying somewhere else.
The one-star for the "sales manager". Didn't say hi or hello. Presented the Out The Door quote with incorrect tax calculation. Lied to the customer that the dealer doc fee was mandated by the government. Lied to the customer that the vehicle had gone through inspection and no warning light or error codes should be found. When the customer noticed the warning light and found 6 error codes, the customer asked what the dealer could do about those error code to ensure vehicle's safety. I called about this vehicle and went to this Dealer to inspect it. The payment would be too high, so I'm dealing on a 2016 Cadillac on their lot, so I can finance longer and lower payment. I test drove the car, I like the car, I made an offer on it and they are seeing about financing for me now. Will know tomorrow if approved to purchase. Very nice Salesman and Manager.
