Excellent sales person, Christopher Baxter. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Unfortunately i didn't make a purchase on that day but i will be back and send referrals.

Best dealership out there!! Went in with my mom looking for an Ats, and this staff is SOOO helpful! Entertaining too! It was actually fun, and they gave me all the info I needed and didn't pressure me like most places do. Would highly recommend to anybody in the market.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Sold me a lemon and did not honor their agreement. Cadillac deserves better representatives than John Tyler and the rest of the staff.

Found the SRX I wanted through this dealership on autotrader. They were easy to deal with on the phone, had my loan approved very quickly, and treated me like a friend when I got there. I would definitely drive the 4 hours again to purchase another vehicle. Very impressed :)
