Dropped off car on Monday for scheduled appointment. Tuesday found out what was wrong and ordered the parts. Parts would be in wed and today is Saturday and still waiting on parts!!!! Advisor Tim has not once called with status. We the ones calling. And not then tells us I’ll call you back and never knows anything.
Their car was way over priced and more then the blue book value. I had a mechanic check out their car and it had a knock in the engine and they basically blew it off. The best thing they did was turn down my offer because i found the same car newer with 30,000 less miles on it for a great price and below blue book value. Thankyou for not accepting my offer, I couldn’t be happier.

The service I received was phenomenal. The service rep was very understanding and helpful. He told me about reward programs for discounts on oil changes and parts. He shared history about my car that I didn't know. Let me know about upcoming events. Overall my experience was pleasant!!!
