Bought a 2022 Porsche Macan S from Napleton *******************. Prior to purchase they had the car inspected at a Porsche dealer - their Porsche dealership. I asked for a copy of the report prior to taking delivery of the car, but they had not received it yet. I bought used 2017 Honda 3 years ago which still had a warranty. The first and 2nd ******* that the air conditioning didn't work they could find anything so they added a condensor (for a recall) and freon then sent me on my way. This summer it did not work again and finally they said it was an evaporator core leak and it would be $2400 which by now my warranty is up. *************** first complained of the A/C issue 7/21(not cooling). It was found that the A/C condenser had a leak. This was covered under warranty as the condenser had a warranty extension. The customer returned 8/22 with A/C not cooling complaint. We verified that the freon was low, so we recharged the system and found no excessive from leaks in any components. Absolutely Buyer Beware!!. Internet Sales told us that they have lot of lenders who are willling to help you 84 months with no Down payments that we requested. we came there and test drove 2022 Honda Cr-v and applied financed to hopeful. Financed **** manager pushed us to down payment which Pandemic difficult time for our retired and disability. Absolutely Buyer Beware!! This dealership took complete advantage over my elderly father. Sold him two vehicles in one weeks time. My father has dementia & they took complete advantage of him! If your looking for a vehicle go elsewhere! Dishonest, Terrible People who care only about making a buck & nothing about YOU!
BEWARE!!!!! We took our Jaguar in for a mere passenger side air bag recall and when we picked up car there was a HUGE TEAR in the front passenger seat!!! It was OBVIOUS that someone sat in seat with a screwdriver in back pocket. We went immediately back into dealership and told salesperson since service was gone for day. We bought a 2010 ***** ******* less than 3 months ago never had an oil changed they were the last to change it and my daughter was going back to college and the engine gave out when took in for repair they said it was low on oil .
