Tony Kiely was such a great guy!!! Very personable and a lot of fun to talk to while we waited for paperwork to move along. The test drive was smooth and Tony was fast getting us moving. I'm now driving my new car with no questions because Tony answered them all for me and my family. He kept us informed while we waited and time flew by. He and my dad talked cars and I've never seen my dad have so much fun while waiting before. I would absolutely drive the hour and a half again to buy a car from Tony again.
I was helped by Dan Merrick, John Azpura, and Keith Montoya. All three were professional and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I chose to purchase. It was nice that I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. The family atmosphere here helped with the entire experience. A big thank you to all three.
I am going to be as respectful as I can when writing this review in hopes that as many people as possible will be directed elsewhere and take this review seriously! If you don't, buyer beware! We have never been here but they had a used Pilot we wanted to text drive. We walked in and were met by Mike Massaro, immediately I liked him. He’s funny. We went on our test drive where I made lots of comments about what I liked and what I didn’t. We got back to the dealership and he made suggestions based on all the things i had said.
