I worked with Mike M. and Johnny A for my trade in and new purchase. I cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with them through this process. They both made it easy, worked with my budget and made the process seamless. They were direct and straight forward, didn’t try to upsell and were really down to earth and welcoming. I took my Civic here to get its AC fixed after it had not been working for several years. I never like to have anyone else work on my car except for myself, one of the many reasons I took so long to get it fixed. Regardless, my experience with the service department here was exceptional. My technician, Chet, had the car fixed quickly on the same day. My AC is still working 15k miles later, hopefully it lasts the lifetime of the car. Everything went so smoothly with my CRV purchase! Devan (sales representative) and John (sales management) were both professional and easy to work with. They answered questions and gave suggestions while never making you feel pressured. Overall, just a great experience. Highly recommend both of them.
