I called Naples Waste Removal (Agawam, MA) for a 10 yard roll-off dumpster and the whole experience was 1st rate. From being local, family run and having the best rates by far, Naples was great to deal with. The drop-off/pick-up driver was as concerned about protecting my new driveway as I was. Two thumbs up all the way around, I highly recommend them!

I reached out to get a 25 yard dumpster and was booked within five minutes. We were able to get messages about when the dumpster was getting dropped off so we made sure that everything was clear. The driver was excellent and placed it exactly where we needed it. The communication was excellent, and if I could give 10 stars about my experience, I would

They have the Best prices ! The dumpster is very clean, very well maintained, with no bad odors. The only problem is that it doesn't matter if you have a designated space for them to leave the dumpter, the driver just leaves it wherever he wants. They literally left the dumpster blocking all of my tenants' parking spaces. The worst part is that I contacted them quickly, barely 5 minutes after leaving it, since I saw it on my cameras, to ask them to put it in the designated space. Delivered on time and they utilized wood blocks under the dumpster to keep my driveway safe. Constant communication about the delivery and pickup. Will use again in Sept when we clean out the attic and basement.

Recently used Naples for a residential dumpster at our home. Cleanest dumpster I've ever seen--promptly delivered and placed exactly where I asked. Happily extended us a few extra days and picked up with a wave and a smile. Price point was great. Extremely impressed with the customer service and communication. Would highly recommend.
