WOW! WOW!! WOW!!! The best customer service and accommodation I’ve ever had. From the moment I called they were friendly and very professional and went above and beyond to meet a tight request. When the driver got there, he was very respectful and came up with a drop off solution that was closest to my request while still being safe with the obstacle around. Getting everything scheduled was super easy and transparent with no haggle or stress. Thank you

Great quick service. Naples provided text messages on both delivery and pickup updates. Nice clean 15 yard dumpster at a competitive price. I would recommend them if you are looking for a dumpster.

Great experience from start to finish. Communication with Naples Waste Removal was quick and consistent and both drop-off and pick-up were on time with zero issues. Reliable, easy to work with and overall a smooth process. I would definitely use them again!

Very easy to book getting a dumpster. When I went to start filling it I couldn’t get the door open. So I called and they gave times with me and sent someone out to pry it open. Came pretty quickly to do it and it was a newer dumpster so that was probably why the door was kind of stuck. Great customer service, no issues other than the stuck door which was fixed pretty quickly. Definitely would use again.

Coordinating a dumpster from out-of-country was as simple and seamless as "A-B-C"...Danielle M was outstanding and professional...knows her stuff and she walks the talk! The constant communication and updates were not only comforting but priceless. Rates were very competitive and the service was off the charts exemplary! i now consider Danielle to be the Goddess of Dumpsters (in a good way, no doubt) Top Notch provider without question 👌
