Great quick service. Naples provided text messages on both delivery and pickup updates. Nice clean 15 yard dumpster at a competitive price. I would recommend them if you are looking for a dumpster.
I called Naples Waste Removal (Agawam, MA) for a 10 yard roll-off dumpster and the whole experience was 1st rate. From being local, family run and having the best rates by far, Naples was great to deal with. The drop-off/pick-up driver was as concerned about protecting my new driveway as I was. Very happy with our choice to use Naples Waste Removal, Inc. They sent text messages and emails to remind/update about delivery. Our dumpster arrived bright and early on the day agreed upon. They were able to get it into our narrow driveway with no issues. We had the unit for 2 full weeks. Our experience with Naples waste was fanominal, start to finish. The drivers were friendly and punctual, the dumpster was clean and working with Danielle made the process so easy! She answered all of our questions and accommodated us when we needed additional time. I can not recommend them enough! If your looking for a dumpster to rent, this is the best place out there to work with! They've gained a repeat customer out of us!
