The place is beautiful and the food was scrumptious
Here for a week to end our East coast tour. Boston, NYC, Washington. Top place, top staff definitely would come again.
Beautiful hotel. The room was really nice. The ac seemed to not work really well, but I attributed that to the high humidity of the area. The bed was really nice with high quality sheets.
Naples Hilton is so good to us, every year 30 or more scrapbookers gather here for the weekend.....and Naples Hilton treats us wonderfully. If we want an upgrade on the room, to keeping the buffet food piping hot. We love our Naples Hilton. :)
Terrible service. FIRST at the restaurant the wait was about two hours. Now don't get me wrong FOOD was good. Service could have been a million times better. Then to the service from hotel staff. TERRIBLE. Website and when you make a reservation they say one thing. Reality when you walk in is something else. They proud themselves on serving military families. Well that's just not quite the situation. Assistant manager Jace just didn't care. Definitely taking it up with their corporate office. I wish I could rate them a zero.
The Hilton Naples is our hometown hotel. The property that cares about out community. Thank you for all you do!
