This wasn't a good expirience at all. My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and stayed here. The bathing water was YELLOW, the phone did not work and it was super hot in the room. When my husband went downstairs the manager Teddy or Terry told him that the yellow water is NORMAL in South Florida???? We live in Miami and stay all the time in Naples at various hotels .... Awesome Hotel. Great staff, great gym, pool & spa. Shula's Steakhouse is in the hotel & makes it to where you literally don't need to leave the Hotel. Great happy hour. Location is perfect. Convenient to shopping & beaches.
