Best hotel in town great staff, food and affordable!!!!
This is a beautiful hotel we have been here once before. The entire staff here is friendly and is excellent in there job expertise. We were here for the Naples detachment Marine Corps Ball, I cannot say enough about this event. We had a great time from start to finish. The food was excellent provided by Shulu's ! I ordinarily order chicken because of all the bad experience's at other banquets but this time we had the beef. It was excellent , tender, moist and I was able to cut it with an ordinary knife. My daughter and I stayed at the Hilton Naples to celebrate her birthday. First time visiting Naples for the both of us. From booking, to check in and check out...All of the staff went above and beyond as far as being welcoming, courteous, and helpful...exemplary service all around. Barbara arranged a beautiful complementary birthday surprise delivered to our room for my daughter's birthday. Food and restaurant service...all around cleanliness, all excellent. Would definitely recommend and most definitely stay here again.
