Love coming to this hotel.. me and my family have a good time especially when Andrea and Lia from the executive lounge take care of us .. Can’t wait love it!!
Maria our server was magnificent and went above and beyond to make our event pleasant, always making sure we had everything we need! Thank you Maria for a great night on our gala! Food was delicious and everything was beautiful
The RSVP luncheon was so nice! The staff was exceptional and did a great job! Very courteous and respectful! The food was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here or holding your event here!
Absolutely love this property! Everything is in great shape. Nice pool with plenty of sun. Service is five star. Shulas is a must try. Will be back ����
Went to a Cleveland Club dinner dance. Food & ambiance was great. Wait service could use improvement.
