There is no handy cap accessebal anywere in this hotel. Everything is broken and i dont recamend this hotel to much money has been wasted for the horribal service
My daughter and I had a wonderful spa experience . We did yoga together & had fabulous facials. The entire stay was awesome!!
Amazing pool and beach. Well maintained. Friendly staff. My son loved the slide. The beach was equipped with chairs, umbrellas, corn hole and sand toys for the kids!
We visited just this Month. It was such a Horrible experience. The staff is extremely rude and the front desk manager Mr. Smith treated with such disrespect. Also be very aware we had a 7 days reservation and left after just one day however they kept our money. Almost $1600. Leaving this Horrible place was the only option for us. I am glad we left.
Very unsafe for kids. If you like great resorts with great views and awesome customer service this is NOT the place for you to vacation. Adjetives to describe it. Dirty. Rude. Lowclass. Unsafe. and the list goes on and on. At least now you know!!!!
We had a wonderful 7th birthday Staycation with you! We are Fort Myers residents and wanted to have a fun pool/beach themed vacation for our family and we were more than thrilled with what we experienced. Our room was lovely. We cant thank Erin and Lolita in the Concierge Department enough for sending such a wonderful surprise to our daughter shortly after checking in. We absolutely LOVED IT.... Our suite was the size of an apartment.... The service at the Adult pool was INCREDIBLE.... Food and drinks AWSOMEEEEEEEEE.... We'll go back over and over
Always a pleasure to stay here! The rooms are amazing, the pools the best and the beach is perfect! The only down side is that the prices are going higher and they don't allow to check in or out a little bit earlier or later, like they used to when was own by Hilton. Other then that is a great experience and we will defiantly come back.
Our 2nd year here for 2 weeks or R&R. Always a warm welcome from the front of house team. Disappointed that the mixed fruit and guava dip has been taken off the pool lunch menu though �. Hotel room and beds comfy, house keeping need to ensure there are 2 cups for coffee/tea not good sharing!
