Our first time there last weekend definitely won't be our last! The hotel is very comfortable, we loved the pool and the staff was amazing. Tamarin at the front desk did her job perfectly and George and staff at the pool bar are spot on! We can't wait to get back for another staycation!
It started off very nice turning out to be very unfortunate!! It is a beautiful resort but our experience with the pool bar severers being very rude!! Then the lights went out, so we had to take the elevator with little pop up lights (the ones that stick to the wall). The following day.. In order to take the evaluator to the bottom floor, it had to go up 18 floors stopping at each floor on the way up and again on the way down. Room and beach are great, pool area too small to accommodate a large number of people, minimal activities for kids , no shaded areas unless you are lucky enough to get an umbrella !!!
This place is gorgeous! I love the rooms very well decorated and comfortable! Will be coming back!

I attended the Arthrex Orthopaedic Technology Update Meeting here. The staff and service were awesome, thanks for a great (but too brief) stay.
Nice hotel with great food. Long walk to the beach so you better use their golf cart raxi service.
