Mayo 22-24 visite con mi nieta el hotel para pasar mi cumpleaños, la atencion muy buena, la limpiesa, tienen todas las medidas por el COVI19, y por esa razon no creo que deben cobrar resort fee, no es nada barato y no lo estan ofreciendo, sobre todo la caminata a la playa, fue horrible para los pequeños sobre todo, y otros servicios que estan cerrados, deberian no cobrar el Resort fee, La pase super bien, He estado alli en otras ocasiones
The concierge, Kathy, helped coordinate a bouquet delivery for my mother-in-law. She went the extra mile to make her stay even brighter. I can’t express my appreciation enough.

Very nice and clean hotel with a customer service focus.
Very disappointed in the management of Naples Grande. When a charitable organization had to cancel their event due to the corona virus- the hotel management staff and their owners have chose to penalize the organization , (Fallen Officer’s Foundation). Naples Grande and their owners decided that the health and well being of guests and their staff was not as important as their profits. Great place to stay with family. Our daughter enjoyed the pool slide.
It’s an older hotel, but is very well kept and modernized. Staff was great, food was awesome and the drinks even better.
