DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!! We had reservations in March 2020~ well a pandemic occurred...NAPLES GRAND DID NOT REFUND our MONEY!! I got the total run around....still to this day I am trying to get my refund for a reservation that I called and canceled....shady business!!

Booked a room for 10 nights for our vacation...our room had Froot Loops cereal on the floor and sheets had a bloody stain on them..After the 4th night of staying there, the people in the room next to us were so loud playing music we had to call down to the front desk at 12:30am to complain. Keep in mind that this resort is not even half full and has 18 floors and do not do cleaning of rooms daily yet due to limited staff, so why they would stack people next to each other is beyond me. RecommendedGood afternoon! I would like to take a brief moment while I am in this dream. Our Family arrived on Friday to the resort. My Fiance, our 11 year old Daughter and myself. We came from Miami to here for the most special day Saturday evening we got married on the beach here. It was magical in ever sense. I will nerver forget to kindness, caring, joy, and attention to detail that everyone I have encountered that has the extreme pleasure to work at such a wonderful well run resort. We stay here often and have had only good experiences! Service is amazing in every department- everyone goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a positive experience. Management is wonderful- specifically Meghan and Robert- and it seems to really trickle down from there. Highly recommend this resort!

Always a pleasure to come here...staff is always accommodating even during covid times and social distancing. We were so thankful that the spa reopened as well. The Naples Grande has always been our go to hotel!! We will be back next year.🌊🌞👍
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Breakfast even worse! The staff deliberately removes your stuff from pool chairs when you step away for 15 min. When you question them about it their answer is “it wasn’t me, my boss did it” SHAME ON YOU! The breakfast doesn’t even have bread, and you have to make a huge line to get mediocre food and a one star service. If you want to go to the beac, get ready to stand in the sun for a minimum of an hour to get in the shuttle.
